As a dancer, writer, choreographer, and director, I create, perform, and produce dance theatre productions for live theatre; stage, outdoors, and public space.
My practice always begins with text. For me, writing and spoken word are integral to my creative process and performance of the work.
There are three main things that motivate my work: Intersectional identity, mental health and wellbeing, and empowerment.

Come with Swyn on a journey through the world of nature...
From the friendly rabbits to the fun ducks, Swyn loves nature! But as she tries to play with the cute creatures, they have their own ideas on how to have fun! With the help of some special animals along the way, Swyn learns that making friends is not by leading or following others, but by celebrating those things that make each of us unique.
Remarkable Rhythm
Rhythm is spontaneous and experiences life as movement; and all sound as music. Glas loves life smooth and stable; and prefers things to remain the same. When Rhythm and Glas meet at Bellevue park they have the five days of half-term to see if their friendship is worth keeping once they go back to their separate schools. Through music and movement and mishap these two young people experience the difficulty and joy in connecting with those unlike themselves.

Whimsy is the story of a young girl who sees beauty in everything but herself.
Whimsy is the story of a young girl who sees beauty in everything but herself. Through her love of nature, and her adventures flying with birds, running with squirrels, and gliding with ducks, Whimsy comes to see the beauty that has been inside her all along.
Whimsy is a multilingual dance theatre work that sparks young audiences’ imaginations through storytelling and dance through the mediums of British Sign Language, Welsh and English.

We Will, an original contemporary ballet that follows several friends from the time that they meet, through the bond of their friendships, and as they break apart to discover their own lives. Soon they are growing past their boundaries and discovering their true nature.
